On Wednesday, October 28, 2009, Michael Stanley Carter passed peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital after a brave and heroic battle with cancer. Beloved husband to Jane Carter (Watson) and loving father to Quinn, Clay, Cole, Slade and Lee. Devoted brother to the late Denzil (Mary), Sally Guy (George), Helen Arsenault (Eddie), Steven, Allison Skinner (Robert), Susan Boos (Julius) and Roger (Tama). Son of the late Elsa and John Carter of Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill Street North, Waterdown on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Prayer Service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Family Centre.

Prayer Vigil will be held Sunday evening at 7 p.m.
