Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of Beverley. Loving father and father-in-law of Steve and Mary Lisa, John and Rachael, Laine and Charles, and loving step-father of Robert and Chris. He was much loved by all, but especially by his grandchildren, Samantha, Richard, Molly, Jessica and Calla. He is also sadly missed by his Aunt Audrey, cousin Judy, his nieces and nephews and extended family. Anyone who has ever met him, loved him; we are so proud to be part of his family and will always remember his humour and good nature.

The family will receive friends at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill Street North, Waterdown on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Family Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
